FormAI Pro の購入・サブスクリプションは Apple が処理します。支払い情報やアカウント情報は Apple が取り扱い、当社は受領・保存しません。これらのデータの取り扱いは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
カメラ: フォーム解析に必要です。許可された映像は端末内処理のみに使用されます。
トレーニング履歴はアプリ内でいつでも削除できます（履歴のスワイプ削除／設定の全データ削除）。アプリを削除（アンインストール）すると、端末内のすべてのローカルデータも削除されます。
本アプリは 13 歳未満の子供を対象としていません。当社は子供から意図的に個人データを収集しません（そもそもいかなるユーザーからもデータを収集していません）。

FormAI analyzes your form in real time using the Apple Vision Framework (pose estimation) and an on-device AI (large language model). Your camera feed is processed on the device only and is never uploaded, never stored on a server, and never automatically saved as a video file.
Your session history, scores, and rep counts are stored only in local storage on your device. We have no access to them.
The app uses the network only in the following cases, none of which send your personal or training data to us:
Our website (blackfoil.net) records standard web-server access logs (access time, requested URL, etc.) for statistical purposes, like any ordinary website. This applies to visiting the site or following its links; the app itself does not transmit such data.
FormAI Pro purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Payment and account information is handled by Apple; we never receive or store it. Such data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Camera: required for form analysis. The granted feed is used solely for on-device processing.
You can delete your training history at any time within the app (swipe-to-delete, or "delete all data" in Settings). Uninstalling the app removes all local data from your device.
The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children (we do not collect data from any user).
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page and the "last updated" date revised.
